A few years ago, I decided to look for an explanation of our human condition that I could translate into images. I was seeking a framework to explore the persistence of cruelty and violence in our world. I settled on the Greek myth of Pandora who was the first goddess to appear in human form, sent by Gaia, “Mother Earth”.
